At the beginning of our work, I am here to get to know you, what you want to gain from therapy, and how I can help you get there. The space and time we have together are for you, and you get to dictate what we talk about and how fast or slow we go. It is my job to prove that.

What do you hope for your patients once you’ve concluded therapy?

I hope you learned what you wanted from therapy and feel more able to navigate the world. I aim to honor your feelings, thoughts, and personhood. Last, my goal is you have developed a new template for how you would like to be treated, listened to, and seen by the others.
