In our first few sessions, I will focus on helping you feel comfortable and building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe this is an essential part of the process and the foundation on which we will build as we start exploring your goals for therapy.

What do you hope for your patients once you’ve concluded therapy?

You will hopefully develop a greater awareness and understanding of yourself, including factors that can hinder and support your recovery. By the end of therapy, I hope you will feel more confident in your ability to cope and manage whatever life throws at you.
